"Approximately 2-1/2 months of renting storage space (5'x10') from CubeSmart they decided to raise by storage fee by $40.00. My starting fee June 2024 (free), July's fee $146.40 August fee $186.40. CubeSmart did not tell me that my storage fee would increase in just a couple months prior to my signing their contract. CubeSmart ... too greedy for my $$$"

"Aisha and Aneka have always been extremely helpful during my encounters with either of them. During my numerous rentals with business partners they continue to work with a sense of urgency . Amazing customer service , which is hard to find. Very motivated and accommodating as well. The manager is extremely pleasant too. "When I went to cub-smart my experience was an amazing. I encountered such a sweet kindhearted woman named Aisha, extremely informative passionate and such drive customer service associate. She went into details about the boxes the lock's and the free van service She also explained it was best to take the autopay so I would not encounter any late fee. It made perfect sense. She also told me about the best fit for storage for my room. I appreciate her support regarding my move reassuring me that things will go smooth and she will be here with me every step of the way. Extremely appreciate that because I was so overwhelmed. She made me feel so comfortable great energy. He was very patient and showed us around the facilities and different spaces available with again very clear instructions. We booked right away. The facilities is well maintained and comfortable. Very clean and well run! We are happy customers!!! Also, it was super easy to get into and out of the parking lot. On a quiet street."
