"Nice big church but the only thing I personally don't like is that the ask you to give whatever you have and the the liturgy is gonna end . The church is to pray and not only money."
"Two stars because the church is beautiful- Not so welcoming- My parents came here to one of their services and loved the church and thought it would be a great place to hold my wedding ceremony. My parents spoke with the Pastor who speaks Greek, my parents as well speaks Greek - who are Orthodox Christian from Ethiopia/Eritrea East African and I grew up in a Greek community and was also baptized in a local church near my old neighborhood. I went to visit the church in person and spoke with the Pastor, he thought I wanted to rent out their hall for an event, and I explained my interest for having my short wedding ceremony here and parents did as well had a prior conversation with him. While I was here Pastor asked a few questions about my religion and if I was baptized, and where did I get baptized. I then was told to email him, as I did email twice waited over 1 month with no response. Today I finally called in to get some sort of follow up, and the Pastor told me they do not hold wedding ceremonies, they only do receptions/parties in the hall. Their website clearly shows wedding ceremonies is welcomed at the church, and I felt I was lied to. For what reason? I have no idea, maybe the color of my skin?. So the church is willing to let me to throw a party in their hall, but no wedding union ceremony? Noted...Thank you for wasting my time and leading me on; very disappointing!"
"Wonderful church built by the hard labor of the community. The community center/party hall is great for any function and supports this great effort."
