"I went to pick up a package from Amazon, which I bought with my money, and the lady refused to deliver it to me because the delivery address did not correspond to the address on my ID, it is a gift for my mother, of course the address does not match since On Amazon you can enter several delivery addresses. Very bad of them, without giving me many explanations another client could. I give the lowest score to this postal service."

"Best experience Bringing a 6 month old baby. Was done in less than 10 minutes. The officer was super nice and friendly. She even helped us with the photocopies of the identification cards because the one we brought was larger than standard."

"I have been not getting my mail for 2 weeks. Our regular mail carrrier who was great was given a new route. I have no idea what the new carrier is doing with my mail or anyone else's. My upstairs neighbor said she has not received 5 pieces of mail she should have gotten over a week ago. This happens every time they put a new carrier on the route!"

"I highly recommend going to another post office. I promise it will save you time and energy as the customer service in this branch is abysmal. I made a required appointment for a U.S passport and when I arrived they told me that the person in charge of that service was not present and would not be for another 2 weeks. I never received a call or email and they could not provide me with an alternative solution. They were not apologetic and did not seem to care. I spent money and an hour long commute for absolutely no reason."
