United States Postal Service 711 East Gun Hill Road, The Bronx, New York 10467,

"Leaving one star for the polite representative that processed my order after finally arriving to the window to be serviced buttttttt DO NOT come here first thing in the morning unless you want to wait in the line for over 30 mins. This post office opened at 9:05am (not 9:00 am) and the representative did not arrive to the counter until about 9:20am. She did not begin taking customers until around 9:30am. The second representative did not arrive until around 9:45am while the line was already out the door. The only person that noticed was the representative who opened the gray gates to let us in and leave to get his breakfast. Upon his return he noticed that no one had came to the window to service the customers. INCONSIDERATE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I observed one woman eating breakfast in the back instead of addressing the long line in the front she continued to eat her breakfast."

"My door is legit open all the time, delivery and redelivery attempt failed. There's no notice anywhere in site im legit going off a tracking number. I legit looked for up customer service info to see hownto retrieve my packages. Talking about bring notice receipt..(again no notice left anywhere) Im beyond annoyed idc if yall don't like yall job, give that energy to the district not with me."

"Horrible service at this place, and they (the workers) will not deliver packages that do not fit in the parcel locker at my building. You have to go through several attempts of calling the 877 and reporting them before a delivery is made. They will claim there is "no secure location" and force you to pick it up if you live within a 5 mile radius. I've had several problems with deliveries and was told to come across the street and pick it up myself since I live so close.I paid for delivery service and these people using their own discretion on which package to deliver is absurd. If I wanted to pick up items in person I would go to the store. The supervisor mind you told me this. I've called the 877 number to report this place several times yet again today I am experiencing the same ordeal. I put in for redelivery they claim they've prepared it and I know for certain another day will pass and I won't receive the package. This is what occurs at this location for packages they consider are too heavy for them to DO THEIR JOB! I will continue to report these entitled union workers to their higher ups until a complete purge is made of this location because customers shouldn't have to deal with this due to employees being protected by unions and other staff members who don't want to give out the name of their incomptent lazy coworkers. Shame on you all at this location and other that operate like you."

"Someone need to really investigate this post office. So a sorry we missed you slip was left at our house on friday which said final notice same like last package, no one came to deliver anything, before we could have gone to post office to retrieve package the package was brought to us as u can see in photos, the box was open and the content removed. Worst part about it is we did not order puma yet our name is on the Amazon box it was placed in so our item is still missing. They also went through the trouble to scratched out the tracking code and the scanning code so with none we not able to track to see wht happen. So someone out there also did not get their PUMA sneakers. When is this going to stop? Obviously someone is there stealing and this needs immediate attention. I was given the 877 number to call and ask for them to investigate and I will. This is not right that people work very hard for the stuff and its stolen from a place that we all entrusted. I will continue to report this place until it stops."
