"Overall I am very disappointed with the bank. After opening an account with a promotional code, I was under the impression of receiving $500 once depositing $500. When doing so, it was about 2 months later I realized I had yet to receive it. I then went to a branch and talked with a banker who stated my account should qualify for the bonus but may take a month or two longer to go into my account. Another month passes, still no money. I then reached out to an online customer service who also went through my account and said the same thing. Finally after 5 months of getting nothing I went to another local branch and they stated I would need to be transferred to EA and that the banker would reach out to the EA bank and help assist me and contact me once situated. Again I waited a month, finally when I had yet to hear anything back I reached out myself and they said no one was contacted about this scenario. Finally today I was able to get an answer of that I did not qualify when in fact I do. I am a 20 year old that works full time while going to school full time. I opened an account with KeyBank based on the advertisement of great customer service along with banking services that create an easy yet benefical experience. I wanted to look into taking out a loan through this bank as well as start a saving program for my future. But after being dragged around for the past 6 months for a simple promotion, I am very displeased with this company."
