"Soo my neighbors called them because they seen smoke come from a windo . They bum rushed in the house after i told them false alarm I was blow drying my brother hair the white fdny guy laughed and said I should do my hair outside I said would you tell a white women that he got mad and left my gate open real rude and nasty maybe they need more black people on they team"

"Today, 9/4/20 at about 12:40 pm, my fiancé and I were driving and were stopped at a red light on the corner of white plains and 233rd street In the Bronx when a fire truck Ladder 39 quickly turned and scraped the front bumper of the car. The fire truck kept going and didn’t at all stop. We went to the fire department to speak with someone about the incident and no one answered. We called 311 and were told to file a complaint with the city. This is extremely irresponsible of FDNY and it’s not at all fair that the car is scraped to no fault of our own and now we have to pay for the damages."

"My outside guard gate was stuck. I couldn’t get out due to the cold temperatures the lock was stuck. I poured hot water and etc nothing worked. I called 911 and they came within 5 mins. The guys are amazing and they used their tools and cracked open the gate. I was able to get out. Thank you guys so much!!"
