I have a slew of Emails but still find myself having to make phone calls to get information such as facility access codes, etc."

"I went at 10:30pm tonight and was able to enter through the first door but the elevators denied access!! No Stairs either to go upstairs to the floor my locker is in! No way to contact a live person & only other option is to leave a voicemail. On top of already raising the monthly payments, this is false advertising and I want my money back for this ridiculous way to operate a business. “24 hour access” my a**. Anyone who needs something out of there and/or is going through an emergency will be highly upset as am I since there was no notice received regarding this."
