"Since December of 2023, I received a slip to pick up a certified letter from this post office, I went there 3 consecutive days for the letter and it's always the same lame excuse. Still never received that letter until this day. Today I went for the same reason for another letter after going yesterday, no one seems to know where is letter is, I ask for the supervisor she said she is busy and can't come to the front, simple no one cares. Each person point a finger at each other, if you don't like your job quit let someone professional who is willing to work do it, the worst post office in the Bronx from day 1."
"Simple ghetto is the best way to describe this place. Always short staff one or two people at the window. I lived around for years and has always been this way. Even if your just here to drop off a package expect to be in line for over 20 minutes. There is no self service machine like in most USPS and the employees are always in a bad mood and many times unprofessional."
