The customer representative did a great job with helping me once he came back with the hammer because we definitely struggled and tried to figure out why it wouldn’t lock. Also they keep the storage unit pass the sliding doors on the first level extremely hot. I just started utilizing this storage unit but every visit I sweat profusely due to the unnecessary heat. It’s so uncomfortable."
