"I’m a member of sky zone and also rockin jump I’m a father for kids which I’ve always bring my kids to either rock and jump or sky zone today I had experience of a very nasty employee at Customer Service with the name of India She was very unprofessional and what a really bad attitude seem that she did not want to take care of us and made us feel not welcome. I requested to speak to the manager in charge in the building, while another employee with the name of Leurys All she was doing was making fun of The situation with India the one that was very unprofessional. I asked The manager, Brianna for corporate number, and she refused to get it for me. She stated I could do it on my own. I’m very disappointed to be a member of a place that does not have professional staff members Where are my kids have to come"

"Janice was very helpful assisting me with reactivating my elite membership. She was very friendly and made the process much quicker than the last time it was done. My daughter and I are saddened by the fact that Glow isn’t a thing anymore. Hoping that it’s bought back soon. Those were the best nights. Good experience despite that though."

"The park is very complete and we had a great time but guys you need to find a way to wash the fabrics in the warrior section. The totally stinks! I understand kids sweat and people sweat but come on wash the stuff. We have a membership and this makes it really disgusting and impossible to enjoy"

"It's fun for the entire family. Trampolines and obstacles course are challenging. They are remodeling and adding more arcade games. The membership is well worth if you plan on visiting multiple times in a month and also gives you discounts at the food store. Staff is really nice and friendly. Trampolines can well use a keep clean, however the bathroom was always clean when we visited. Glow in the dark party was super fun, too bad they disconnected it. Overall"
