"It's a nice space, but whoever built the ramps has either never skateboarded on one, or doesn't understand what it takes to build a proper one. The transitions on the ramps are all way too fast. It's a shame because it's a great spot with tons of potential. Update: perhaps I was a little harsh; the issue might be just as much about me not being used to transitions that fast. Unsure what radius they used for the transitions, but it did seem awfully fast."
"Okay it’s a fun park, but on a normal day it would cost money to get it but when I went it was closed but if it didn’t cost money it would give it 5 stars"
"I'm here at noon on a saturday and the place is abandoned! What a shame! Shows that the people running it are disconnected from the service they are set forth to provided. Its truly a waist of space if its locked behind a fence the city doesnt care to open. Also, no trespassing? why do you need to make fun illegal? Stop charging kids. Change the no trespassing sign to a skate at your own risk sign and UNLOCK THE PARK."
"$5 dollars to ride and helmet is required. Skate park is built with prefab ramps that are poorly positioned. Does allow Bmx and boards alike and the locals are relatively friendly. A 35min drive outside NYC with heavy traffic at all times. Parking lot nearby. An hour and half via train with a heavy hike from the station. All in all not totally worth the commute maybe a weekend venture at the most."
"Decently sized park. really meant for skateboarders and roller bladers, but bikes are allowed and there are ramps big enough for them. mini-ramp, quarter pipes, rails, ledges, euro-gap, pyramids, down-rail, kinks, roll-in"
