"I spent over $2k on a custom door from a company called King Remodeling/King of Belleville over a year ago. They never delivered my door. I made multiple calls and multiple emails, all of which went unanswered. My credit card refused to refund the payment. I turned to the NJ Dept of Consumer affairs who referred me to the Bergen County dept. Within 1-2 weeks Allen was able to find the address and ensure that they sent me a refund. These guys are great! It’s good to know that there is some accountability out there. Thanks so much Allen!"

"I had an issue with Forever Flawless located in Willowbrook Mall. I was sold products that were unwrapped....and during the pandemic, no less! My credit card company didn't do much to help me, nor did the BBB (Better Business Bureau). I contacted this agency and they were so quick to act on my complaint, thankfully! My complaint was resolved in a couple of weeks and I rec'd a refund for a hefty $1,599. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the investigator that resolved this issue!! Great job and a real nice guy to deal with!!!"
