"We went on a Wednesday early afternoon and the place maybe had 5-7 kids. Quiet, clean. My 3 year old daughter loves it and was entertained the whole time. I bought a jam which box for $6.75 it included juice, string cheese, chips and pb&j and a play card for the motorcycle cars. ( the Only extra thing you pay for inside) definitely best option for the price as individual snacks are over priced. Overall good experience, not sure why rated so low."

"I hosted my child's birthday party recently. I unfortunately didn't research the facility beforehand, because my daughter chose the place. Our "chaperone" was barely around, I had to distribute my own pizza, drinks, cake and clean up. It appeared to be run by teenagers, and I didn't see any staff in the play areas-maybe this was part of the waiver that's required to sign...? I wrongly assumed that there was a private area for birthday parties, but it was not. It's an open areas were all the seats and tables are together, so zero privacy. Parents/guardians even though not playing are required to take shoes off, and this includes walking in bathrooms with your socks... Lastly, there were no coat racks or hangers, so you had to take them with you at your seats. I've attended and hosted numerous "bounce/play" parties throughout the years and had much better experiences in other facilities."

"On Thursday, June 22, I brought two of my grandchildren for their first time to the Paramus location to celebrate the end of their school year. We arrived at 10:05 am as doors are supposed to open at 10:00. Upon arrival, I saw a line with dozens of adults and children waiting, each thrilled and eager to enter. The inside lights were not on and there was no sign of anyone inside. After waiting 20 minutes, I called the number on the website. No one answered and a recording said there was no room in their voicemail box. After 30 minutes I left with two very disappointed grandchildren. Before we left I witnessed at least 40 people come, wait and leave. Many were talking to each other about similar places to go to since it was obvious no one was opening. This is no way to run a business."

"First of all, the process here is very troublesome. You need to queue up to enter your information on the computer, and then queue up to receive your admission wristband. This creates a large queue of people, and it takes at least 5-10 minutes for a person to come in and get in. You also have to take off your shoes. This is something I don't quite understand. You need to step in the toilet naked, even though the floor is full of water and urine. The staff management is chaotic and busy. It is a very, very bad place. I will not come here again. secondary"

"The kids have had an amazing time. It was also very clean. It was hard for them to leave at the end with all the fun they had. I do find it very odd that they don't have any hot food at all and you can't bring any outside food in. We got asked to put a bag of chips away but saw others eat a full lunch at the tables. I Don't think I saw the staff smile once in the 4hrs I was there. They did their job and served, walked around, and told people they couldn't eat outside food."
