"M & T Call Center is awful. Every time you call you call you have to listen to this long message before you can even get to the area where you put your account number in to get your balance. Their is this long message talking about your stimulus check. REALLY M&T. WHY? Your stimulus check is not the banks responsibility. DOES anyone else feel this way? Also, it does not matter what day of the week or what time you call at you have to wait 20 to 40 minutes to get a person to talk to. I bet if i pressed the number to open up a new account or said that i want to take a mortage out their would be someone on the phone right their to talk with me."
