"Stopped in to this bank branch to have a new debit card issued since one promised to be mailed hadn' t arrived. Teller "C" was friendly and helpful and had a new card created for me in about ten minutes. Discovered that the new card initially did not work but this was remedied by the end of the day."

"Switched to this location about 2 months ago and regret it. You will sit in the drive thru and wait.....every time I've ended up going inside. Called the location to ask a question and the female answered with "hello". I thought I had the wrong number at first, no professional greeting at all. I had to continuously stop my question because she kept cracking up laughing and carrying on a conversation with a co worker. I know depositing a check may take a day or so to show up, but not one of my other banks ever put a hold on my acct for the amount of the check when I've cashed one. I've cashed 3 checks here from big companies and they hold my money for 3 or 4 days. It's not my responsibility for covering that amount. That's between Citizens, the company and the company's bank. If you don't have that amount in your acct they wont let you cash the check, what if someone is paycheck to paycheck or falling a little behind at the time and they NEED that cash right then and there to pay a bill, get groceries or gas."
