"I came in with a decor sword which i asked if he can frame he denied me right away . Said he does not do that but could fit a whole baseball bat and jerseys with baseballs in a frame but not one skinny sword ."

I thought that the pricing was fair (until I realized that for the quality of the framing, I actually overpaid), but I had to deal with the owner's very poor attitude. Since this shop is very close to my home, I tried to let it fo, but the owner is moody, abrasive, and plainly unfriendly. I decided to find another framer (much nicer and, at the end, cheaper) when the owner of West Art hung up on my face when I asked him to give me a rough estimate by phone. This person is just rude. Go elsewhere for your framing services."
"Excellent service, product and prices. I trusted WestArt to frame a limited edition Hermes Scarf and the finished product is absolutely gorgeous. I actually had another company frame it previously and it was not up to my exceptions but WestArt was able to mount and frame the scarf to perfection.
