"11:11 Travel owned by Yashira Alvarez is a SCAM and a JOKE. The most unprofessional person I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. She booked our rooms and charged each person the full amount of the room instead of splitting it between the four people meaning she pocketed 3 people's money. She cancelled all excursions on the trip. We paid for driving service and she did not pay the company so they stopped picking us up after the second day which made us have to pay ubers everywhere. When the trip was over we requested a refund. She drew up a document that we signed accepting the refund. In the document she created she stated that she has until 9/19/2023 to issue our refund or we have the right to take legal action and take a wild guess.... she still has yet to issue a refund. In a conversation with one o the girls she said "if you want your money you have to wait". Its been 2 months since we been back home from our vacation and she still doesn't have the money to refund us. She did go to DR and got all her surgeries though. She had the nerve to charge us a "professional fee" when all she did was book the hotel and she even did that wrong as two girls were stuck with out a room and had to crash in someone else's room bc the hotel had no more rooms available. She will ignore your emails and leave your text on read. If you want to be scammed out of your hard earned money then go ahead and hire her but if you want to expect to receive services that you pay for then absolutely do not, by any means, do any business with this scam artist. She's a flat out thief and fraud. OH AND TAKE A LOOK AT ALL HER 5 STAR RATINGS. ALL OF THEM ARE FROM 6-7 MONTHS AGO. WEIRD NO? THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY PAID REVIEWS OR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TRYING TO MAKE HER LOOK LEGIT."

"Run the other way if you don't want to loose your money. Lack of unprofessionalism, 3 days excursions and transportation for a group of 30 were cancel with some bogus explanation. Yashira is refusing to pay the refund she agreed to pay after making us sign an agreement with the total refund. It's been 30 days since the document was sign. She practically send me to ask PayPal for the refund because she was going to send the check whenever she feel like it. I had to take my claim to PayPal but it's not fair for the other ladies that didn't use PayPal to make payments. Horrible person. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH 11.11 travel or with YASHIRA ALVAREZ"

"Horrible experience with my PR group trip. Yashira is a scam artist who made us pay more just so she and her homies can come with us for free. The excursions were cancelled and we are all still awaiting refunds 6 weeks later. SCAMMER!"

"The absolute worst! All excursions were cancelled in PR, and now she is refusing to fully refund what was paid for with the excursions. Transportation was a joke, and this entire group trip was so unorganized. The worse part is that she has the nerve to dispute the excursion cost on paypal - SHADY"

"If I could give Yashira Alvarez and her business, 11.11 Travel based out of Yonkers zero stars, I truly would, but Google forces its reviewers to give them something, I guess out of pity ... This travel agent lacks the necessary communication skills and professionalism to properly operate a business in the travel industry! Yashira Alvarez, the owner of 11.11, working in conjunction with Archer Travel Service, owes me $441, the remainder of the tours package, I never received. Instead, she increases the transportation by $100 and gives herself $100 for the professionalism she lacks ... Unbelievable! At the end of day, Yashira defrauded over 30 women out of their hard earned money during vacation time. Instead of paying the $500 for the ATVs to go through, she allowed the tour to be canceled for over 30 women - this would've been the only excursion during the five days on the island, because the others were canceled, due to weight issues, failure to purchase tickets in advance, and so forth ... We later found out that a lot of things weren't booked and were attempted last minute, which did not work out in our favor, but lined her pockets with each cancellation ... In regards to the ATVs, she allows it to get canceled and tells us that she'll be refunded, but, she's only going to refund us $120, which later changed to $180, smh - the fees she included on the final invoice were never discussed, but only done to drastically reduce the amount that she owes us! I would never use, nor would I ever refer Yashira Alvarez to anyone looking to plan the vacation of their dreams ... she only books nightmares! $556 - $115 (El Morro, Vieques, and the transportation) = $441 This review is being posted after giving Yashira Alvarez more than enough time to right her wrongs, even after making contact with the agency she subcontracts for ... Next I would like to discuss Yashira's record keeping ... 11 days prior to the trip, she sent myself and a few by other ladies text messages that their trips would be cancelled, due to missing payments! I quickly responded and two minutes later, she replied that I was okay! Why couldn't she do that, before contacting me?! Later she reaches out to ask us about weight and so forth, which all could've been captured on a Google form! With all that took places days prior, no wonder everything was a disaster and was canceled once we got on the island ... It was a hot mess and she knows it! She was supposed to be there when we arrived, but her flight was delayed ... she never showed, instead she taunted us via group text during our stay ... I can't make this stuff up ... I'm so done ... 11.11 has a new meaning for me, that's for sure ..."
