"Drive through ATM is always down. Tellers are not helpful! I was taking money out of my checking account and the Teller told me "you know you can use the ATM" Well I sorry you had to actually work your job! I no longer go to this branch and made sure all my accounts were moved to the Camp Rd location. I then made a 12k deposit and opened a trust account at the Camp Rd location. This location has no ethics. I took my 80 year old mom to open a checking account and they also opened up an over draft line of credit with here permission."
"Worst customer service that I have ever had the unpleasant time dealing with! The teller who will remain nameless...was not friendly at all! I just needed some paperwork printed out..because God willing we are trying to close on a home by the 15th! My broker asked for paperwork, and I was told that they couldn't get me from the dates I requested... As my broker needed from jun1st-july1st... Just to make sure I had the funds.. and everything.. not only was she incredibly rude, but the manager on duty/part time manager... Was not helpful either! I was told over and over that she was unable to print out those dates for me!! But my husband was insistent on getting the paperwork! And kept trying... Was told nooo we weren't able to get a print out until the 9th! .. which would be cutting it rather close for our broker! She then made small talk with the manager, and said she couldn't wait until she could leave at 5:30.. While my husband and I stood there...trying to get the paperwork . She then printed out 2-4 more pages(that weren't the right dates.. ) and didn't sign all pages, even tho we really needed her to.. We left very unhappy... Well I can tell you after 15years of being a customer, I have never been treated with such unfriendly attitude.. before! I know she was probably tired, as it is the holiday weekend for july4th . But come on! I ended up going to the other branch down the road in Hamburg, where they were oddly enough able to print me out the paperwork I requested no issues! Lisa was her name at the other Hamburg branch, and she was a joy to work with!! She got me the dates printed out, and printed out everything I asked for no issues!!! She was able to date and stamp each page, and was able to sign each copy... Honest to goodness with out this woman at the other branch, I would have taken my business elsewhere to another bank! I will not be returning to this location, but the location on camp road is my new favorite!! Thank you again Lisa at the camp Rd location."
"I am embarrassed on behalf of this company as a whole, that this branches members spoke to me how they did. They acknowledged they misinformed me and improperly set up my account, but then insisted it was my fault for not noticing their mistake sooner. I dealt with Charlotte Conway and she was very professional. I can't say the same for either of her bosses Linda May or Derick Johnson. Both of them were bothered by having to do their job. Linda May refused to allow me to get a word in edge wise and then said this conversation is over and hung up the phone on me, in an accomplished tone of voice. Derick was scripted repeating the same phrase again and again without providing assistance or insight. If my issue with the bank is never resolved so be it, but the issue of this branches customer service skills needs to become more of a priority."
