During my recent experience, they asked me about the incident at the branch, but their primary concern was whether the branch manager's actions would lead to a lawsuit. "So I had any interesting experience with Teller Aye today. I went to cash a check that is drawn on Key Bank. She asked me for my ID, phone number, Social Security number, and my occupation. She then says that "There will be a $7.50 fee," and then added with a very nasty and sarcastic attitude "because you don't have an account with us." So I asked her "Why do I have to pay for a Key Bank check?" and mentioned to her that would make sense if it was drawn on a different bank. After all the information she asked for she didn't even ask if I wanted to open an account with them. Thank God Bank Of America has OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!"

"Teller Natasha is awesome! I worked until 3 yesterday so I didn't get there until about 3:20 and the reason that I was coming in was a rather lengthy process. I felt terrible and kept apologizing, but Natasha kept assuring me that it was okay and not to worry about it!
