"Some people in this branch is poorly experience and some of them are rude. Day 1: i went to deposit a Money order which came from a Canadian Bank, the lady told me they have to mail it to main center and will take 30 days process. I went to Key Bank they deposited rightway and the money was there next day. Day 2(Oct 4th, 2028 @ 3:15pm): this was tall white guy, first he does not seem to care greeting a customer. I asked him if bank could give me one check to write. He say it will be $10 for cashiers check because he does not have my check laying arround the bank. You don’t have to be tech guy to know check can be printed in few seconds. I understand they don’t have that facility or skill, but statement “we dont have your check laying around” please bank hire some professional people."
