"Charch is good but it's not open for 24 hours only in scheduling hours"
"We got married at St. Luke’s this past October. We got married here because my husband grew up going to St. Luke’s. We live in Morris County, but we wanted to get married in the church where he was confirmed. While it is a beautiful church and most of the people I’ve encountered are lovely, I’m disappointed with those managing the music. The woman (I believe her name is Jennifer) that sang at our wedding rushed my bridesmaids down the aisle. After a 40 minute ride to the church, some of the ladies had to use the restroom and my bridesmaids were putting my veil in when she yelled at my bridesmaids to start walking. Well, one set of parents went down the aisle then she sent my bridesmaids down before my mother, as my mother was using the bathroom. We had been a few minutes late to the church (I’m sure we weren’t the first bridal party to be late to a ceremony), but there was no reason to be rude and inconsiderate on a very important day for us. We paid her very well for 45 minutes of her time (we didn’t have a full mass). We did not pay her to rush us down the aisle. As a bride about to walk down the aisle, it was an overwhelming moment as it is. Our priest is seen in our video walking down past the bridesmaids to go get my mother. He was the only one to acknowledge the mistake (even though it was not his fault). After we got back from our honeymoon, I emailed Betsy, the organist who arranged the music, to let her know what happened. I got no response, no apology, no acknowledgement. I was very disappointed as it is not cheap to get married in a church and pay the people to provide the music (which should be there only job). Anyone getting married here, I would caution against using their musicians."
"This church is a community of believers who really come together and show the love of Christ to their fellow parishioners. I love attending Mass here; it is great for families and individuals, the music is very inspiring, the sanctuary itself is always clean, reverent, and decorated with flowers for the season. The priests and pastor are wonderful, caring people. If you are in the area, visit St. Luke's for Mass or personal prayer and you will be glad you did!"
"Beautiful lovely church ❤"
