"EarthRelo handled the last leg of my move from Germany to Philadelphia. I did not choose EarthRelo - they were selected for me by my Shipping company in Germany. Lots of delays and communication mixups with EarthRelo. My delivery was late. Once a date was finally sent, we rearranged our schedules to make it work, and then they never showed. When delivery arrived most of my furniture was delivered on its side or upside down, not how it was carefully packed at pickup in Germany. Of course lots of furniture legs were broken off, and there were deep gouges in table tops. Avoid this company if you are choosing for yourself - and if you are working with an international moving company ask them who they partnered with in the US so you can avoid the misery I endured. I gave two stars rather than one because the guys who brought my things into our home were actually very nice and seemed to really try to do a good job."

"I had a bad experience shipping my items from Abu Dhabi to the US. My items were stored in Dubai for more than one month by Freight International before getting shipped. When the items arrived at NYP, I had to chase behind Earth Relocation and do several calls to Andy who never picked up my call. After several attempts, Andy answered and confirmed that my items were cleared by customs and are available in the their warehouse. After 10 days of trying to call and email Andy, still I did not get any reply to my emails and calls. Adding to this, I shipped my items Door-to-Door, Andy is asking me to pay $150 extra because the building has no elevators and they need to drop the items on the second floor. My experience with this company is horrible and the people are totally unprofessional. I strongly recommend NOT to use their services."

Earth Packing team packed each and every item properly and loaded it into the container. There destination delivery partner was very helpful with the paperwork and delivery. "I recently had the misfortune of using Earth Relocation for my international relocation, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. I cannot express my disappointment and frustration enough with the level of service and the complete lack of accountability demonstrated by this company. First and foremost, upon receiving our belongings at the destination, we were shocked to find that everything had been flooded. It was a devastating sight to witness our precious possessions soaked and ruined. We immediately contacted Earth Relocation to report the incident and seek their assistance in resolving the matter. Little did we know that we were about to embark on a never-ending journey of bureaucratic hurdles and empty promises. Earth Relocation dragged their feet for several months, constantly giving us the runaround and making endless demands for documentation, all while providing no concrete solutions or support. We complied with their requests, spending countless hours gathering and submitting the required documents, hoping that they would take responsibility for the damage caused. However, to our disbelief, once we finally managed to fulfill their demands, they blatantly refused to accept any liability or provide any form of compensation. It is utterly unacceptable that a company claiming to be an intermediary for container shipping would demonstrate such negligence and lack of professionalism. They failed to uphold their end of the agreement and left us devastated, not only emotionally but also financially. I strongly advise anyone considering using Earth Relocation to look elsewhere. Their complete disregard for their customers' well-being and their failure to take responsibility for their actions is simply inexcusable. Save yourself the headache and potential loss by avoiding this company at all costs. Earth Relocation has left us with the bitter taste of disappointment and a profound distrust for their services. I hope that sharing my experience will serve as a cautionary tale for others who may be considering using their services."
