"These third party couriers that they use for home deliveries constantly deliver my packages to the wrong address. Just read. It’s literally the biggest part of your job. Such an inconvenience to consumers. Instead of taking a picture of the “delivered package”, they should take a picture of the package with the entire address. Stupid."
"This is the second package in a row that FedEx has left at the wrong house. The first one didn't show up at our house until a neighbor looked up our address and delivered it themselves, despite me opening a case with FedEx. The second package is an extremely expensive item that required a signature but they didn't provide any proof of delivery. Customer Service said they would open a case but that I couldn't contact anyone else and they couldn't tell me when or if I would receive my item. I have continually had very poor experiences with FedEx and would never choose to use their services, myself."
"They have been holding my PlayStation 5 from Walmart for no apparent reason and with no explanation for multiple days now. I have had other packages that I have ordered passed through the same location and I have gotten them no problem, but the one that I am seriously concerned about, of course, (and the one with high value) they have no idea what happened to it and it happens to be of the highest value. My package was out for delivery one day and now all of a sudden it has been pending for over a week. They've now "escalated this" 5 times and I haven't gotten a call back. I get the same runaround every time I call to check in. "we're sorry about this" "we understand your concern," etc. I asked if I could simply just go pick this package up multiple times and they are not allowing me to for some unknown reason. I am beginning to suspect that an employee at the location has stolen my package. I will update this review as soon as I receive the package once it is proven that that is not true. Update: They stole my package. 100% confirmed. Do not use this facility. If you order from Walmart, call them and make sure they do not ship via this facility if you are shipping anything of value."
