"After our unit was flooded from a roof leak, the owners said we would be compensated and then dragged their feet. When finally pushed they used some loophole to avoid compensating us. Not even a credit for some months rent. And then when we cleared out on the last day of the month, they charged another month because it was after 5pm when the office staff left. And we had eight units! There are nearby facilities with owners are more honorable than these crooks."
