"I have never been to such an airport before! No charging points available for people. No benches/chairs to sit on! They are worst than third world countries. I couldn’t believe the facilities they have it here! People had to sit on the floor! This is the garbage airport you can find.. ever! They should take notes from India, Middle East, Singapore airports how to properly manage and provide basic services to people travelling from their airport! It’s so embarrassing to see such a garbage airport that belongs in NY!!"

"Plenty of seating and charging. Free water refill stations, even though the water pressure was all over the place. T8 layout is very very strange. Food options were totally dire - I think 3 sit downs, none of which were very good looking. The Irish pub was the most depressing. Other food options are prepackaged sandwiches. The whole thing was gross and expensive. It's unimaginable that an international terminal is one of the best and busiest cities in the world can be this bad. Where does all the money go?"

"TSA continues to be a national embarrassment. The obnoxious, self-entitled, poorly trained employee whose one job was to check the passport, was the worst. This defender of our security was slow, unprofessional, angry, rude, and dishonest. When this clown didn’t feel duly revered, she popped an attitude with an “excuse me!?” I guess if my one job was to sit and place a document face down, I’d pop attitude too. Poorly LED and poorly TRAINED. That is today’s TSA."

"American Airlines definitely seems to be trying hard to improve the look and feel of Terminal 8 but despite the updated Charging Stations, and newly renovated Restrooms, Terminal 8 still has a gloomy look about it, especially when compared to the United Terminal. Not that many dining options too over at Terminal 8"

"It was the worst experience I have had , starting from the x-ray checking ending by boarding. The lady in the checking point was yelling to travellers, using bad words, extremely hit looking I don't know what was the wrong with here , maybe she like to be bossy All shopping area were close at 10 PM Bad bad experience As JFK one of the main airports in US, and that was how their staff treat the travellers, I believe one of the poorest County in the world could show them the meaning of respective"
