"Elizabeth Train Station is one of those more convenient train stations for commuter travel. It serves both the Northeast Corridor Line and the New Jersey Coast Line. You can always find a crowd at either side for trains going either way at any time of the day. The station has undergone a number of it seems incessant renovations to try to make it fully ADA compliant. This has led to numerous entries for the station to be closed, resulting in gaining entry to the station to be something of an adventure at times. Hopefully, when all of this refurbishing is done, there will be a much smoother experience for travel. Until that time, keep in mind that you should have to allow a few extra minutes for trying to find your way in and out."
