"For the past Three months, I wanted to add money on my Metro Card and was unable to because all Three of the machines are not able to accept bills and there's a MTA Employee in the booth that is not allowed to accept bills either, my question is why is there a MTA Employee sitting in the booth and are unable to accept bills ? when the machines are not able to accept bills???? Why is it that the New Lot customer service station, so terrible?"

"This shouldn't be the last stop on the line. In my opinion, it should be extended to JFK Airport for direct service to Midtown Manhattan. Send the 2 or 3 down Utica Avenue and have the 4 take over the elevated portion of the New Lots Avenue line."

"This station is not one at which I would feel very safe waiting for my train late at night. I didn’t find the attendants to be helpful nor the trains to come service the station often. Improvement is most certainly needed at this neglected MTA station."

"The last stop for the 3 at all times (except late nights. Though it says you can also take the 2, 4, and 5 here, the 2&5 only go here during rush hours, and 4 during rush hours AND late nights. Pretty nice looking terminal station. Underneath the B15 bus takes you to JFK airport."

"Every day there is some problem with the service. While it has been nice to see that there is restoration of the stations from Sutter Ave Rutland Road to the New Lots Ave, the train service is horrible. Constant delays make many people late for work and other activities."
