"I'm a visitor to Brooklyn. Put in my metro card and $10, took my money and the card and was not refunded. Absolutely no help from the booth agent nor the person on the phone"
"It has plenty of space to make it wheel chair accessible β¦"
"While visiting Brooklyn, the Kingston-Throop station was right around the corner. Whenever I needed to go somewhere, the train came within 10 minutes every time. Never too crowded. Definitely a convenience from where I was. The subway system will get you anywhere you need to go in NY. Love it. And only $2.90. Compred to paying for any other type of transportation. And no traffic jams!"
