"This station is kept very clean, not too crowded either. The neighborhood that the station is located in is actually where the TV show "Friends," was filmed. It not a wheelchair accessible station."
"Woke up today feeling like the cold wind was bring me down, originally entered the station on the wrong side, when I turned around to exit and cross the street I was met with a burst of warming sunlight and that was nice"
"Another subway station that they don’t have free transfer. I had to walk across the street to catch the downtown side for the 1 train. Be mindful of the free transfer for any subway station because you will have to pay more for the fare and mistakes will cost you money in the long run."
"Commuters, travelers, tourists, rely on MTA daily! I’m not a frequent traveler in the city, in fact if I am within the 5 boroughs, I usually drive. I brought my niece to the city. I chose to take a train to Grand Central Station when we were ready to go home. I attempted to purchase our fare at what was once the token booth clerk. WRONG MOVE!! Then I asked a simple question in a polite manner. And the black man gave me attitude, turned off the microphone, and did not want to be bothered. The rude behavior I received was unwarranted! No matter how well mannered/polite you are, someone somewhere will remind you how miserable they are! MTA, what is the purpose of having agents/clerks in the token booth if they don’t provide the commuters any assistance? This occurred 06/25/23 a little before 04:26p"
"Very clean station and it's all ways busy too !"
