"THE ABSOLUTE WORST (and not even worth an exclamation point). A buyer client of mine used this company to move and store her furnishings and belongings for a short term while waiting to move into her new home. First off, they showed up in Uhaul trucks and took two full days to move her out of a 3 bedroom, 2000sq ft split level house. If I would’ve known the INCREDIBLY OFFENSIVE amount of money they had charged her, I would’ve stopped her from using them from the start ... THREE TIMES more than two other very well known Westchester County based moving companies I’ve used in the past for much larger residences. Secondly, they charged her an additional full month of storage when the move was unable to be coordinated by the first of the month which was originally planned. It took place four days later. Lastly, when moving her into her new home and being told the building only allowed moves to take place between the hours of 9am - 2pm, they did not show up until after 1:30 claiming it had taken 4 hours to load her belongings back onto the truck. As a professional moving company, and knowing it would then take you another 3-4hrs to unload, wouldn’t you have had the truck loaded and ready to go the night before, especially knowing you were under such time restraints? Be more efficient!"
