Reviews
"No doubt, the best metro in the nation, 24/7 operations with free entertainment. Meet whomever I wish to meet aboard all the trains I ride. Daily commuter, bus and trains. Unfortunately, have witnessed many farebeaters, their contribution results in poor quality service. Many complain yet never pay, crime is not something I experience on my rides, in fact, ride with the cat oftentimes and she sleeps most of the time."
"Our tax money is clearly not being used to upgrade any of the stations north of 68th Street. MTA can do way better!"
"Drug addicts shooting up on the platform, music playing and chilling on beach chairs in the stations, constantly dirty and super unsafe...peeling falling paint at most stations...Service on the 5 is dreadful late at night..police help at a minimum...these lines have gone down over the years and it's highly disappointing..."
"Filthy and over policed. Also currently under construction so hope you don’t need the escalator. 1/2 the staircases are also closed. There are plenty of cops staring at their phones to ignore you and harass marginalized people."
"It has its good days and bad days the weekend is long wait Friday through saterday take extra time to travel for you to make it to your location on time also lately a lot of homeless people in the subway I see they are constantly washing down the floors and benches to clean stations the fair is 2.90"
