"Not wheelchair accessible, but there is an escalator"
"Rude as teller treats people so bad just bc they don’t know the rules that they don’t sell metro cards at booth and gets nasty telling people especially if the mta machine doesn’t accept cash! Does nothing but sit there but yet is rude to everyone. This was at 11:44am downtown side. Rude as woman! I told her something and she turned the mic off at me. Also mean to elderly people"
