"We had alot thing missing after storing in NJ for 6 months, . They refused to honor the contract of reimbursement at 60 cents per pound, which doesn't com close to replacing a bookcase, concrete planters, garden bench, boxes of kitchen items that were higher end. I would not recommend storing with them. They were cooperative to help pack fragile items. They charged more to come back and get things that did not fit on the truck. Also one of the loaders stole jewelry that was not to go on the truck. If you use them, watch everything very carefully."

"Fantastic experience from top to bottom ! Adam reached out initially to collect my info and get me a quote which was thorough and accurate. They built a plan based on my list and the move actually took slightly less time than was originally anticipated. Kim in the office was great with confirming everything and the foreman Geo a good job of explaining thing on the day of will 100% recommend this group and use them again of needed!"

"I called Movers of America and got Adam. Unfortunate because it seems others who used this moving company and got someone else to assist them had better experiences. Adam had the worse attitude ever. He talked over me in every conversation and interaction. After putting down a deposit I cancelled my reservation with them solely based on Adams attitude and unprofessionalism. If you call and get Adam, I suggest asking for a different agent."

Joey, Project Manager, took time to talk to me and advise me one what would work best for my move. Everyone was responsive, friendly, and did not make me feel pressured into anything!"

"Easy to work with, prompt, and careful. Nice to boot. I was given an estimate fairly quick after an in person consult, which I really appreciated since we were on a bit of a time crunch due to scheduling. It's obvious they really care, and my rep Joey really went above and beyond to take care of me and my little family. He even asked how my dachshund Dandy was after she was under the weather! I got 3 or 4 quotes when I looked around and Moving of America was right in the center price wise. I ultimately went with MA because the contract, rep, and workers made me feel confident that my belongings would arrive all in one piece, with care. Even though moving out of state has some challenges- like waiting for items to be shipped and coordinating- all of the details were accounted for and taken care of. Joey made this move as stress free as it could possibly be. I hope to not move again anytime soon (moving isn't fun, let's be real) but I will happily hire these guys again, absolutely!!"
