"For the first time in many years was there a line to buy a metrocard via cash from a Teller. I do like the station, all is good most of the time but in the past year the escalater has been out of service for weeks the one getting into the station and the one getting onto the platform. That is very inconvenient when you are running to catch the train."
"This station doesn’t make accurate announcements as to whether the trains are even coming. Mta is completely incompetent to keep their passengers safe. & they only make service announcements as the train is passing so no one can even hear what it’s saying."
"I do agree with my predecessor that its a bit dirty and smells of urines sometimes but on the whole its doing its function is wheelchair accessible, situated in the vicinity of the Bronx Zoo and Botanical Garden."
