"Rockland TOR bus deserve no stars but I can't leave a review without giving them at least one. Worst bus service ever. Their evening service for upper Rockland area is horrendous and pretty much non existence. The bus is either over an hour late or just don't show. Apparently, the drivers choose what stops they want to make, even if it means skipping the main bus hub in that area or just driving past it without stopping. Their customers' service and dispatcher are beyond rude, disrespectful, and obnoxious. The call center and dispatchers have no issues hanging up on you when you tell them you can't hear them or don't understand what they're saying. Or even better threatening you when you keep calling them back because they keep hanging up on you when it's been 2 hours with no busses in sight. Oh they don't know their own bus routes and will fight on it even after telling them to check their bus maps.. I suggest the Metronorth, car or just don't move to any location that Rockland TOR buses services. So not worth the stress, aggravation and anger they cause you. Oh and the number to Corporate listed on Google is no longer active. Nice, right?"

"If I could give it no starts I would. The drivers purposely jam on the brakes to hurt riders I'm surprised they don't have many lawsuit."

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE DO NOT HELP!! THEY HAVE BIGGER ATTITUDES THAN THE BUS DRIVERS! WORST WORST WORST WORST WORST WORST BUS COMPANY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED"

"By far the worst bus company I've ever experienced. My car was in the mechanic so I needed to take the bus in order to get to work. Showed up an hour and a half late because of this company and this has happened over a dozen times. Never punctual! Get them out of Rockland!!!"

"Customer service never wants to help you over the phone. I get that these buses don't have a tracker on them(which they really need because they will literally come an hour late, sometimes not at all and you just have to catch the next bus), but these drivers need to do better. I was waiting here for over an hour for the 91, and I haven't even the Opposite bound pass by, usually the 91 nyack comes before the spring valley one. This is ridiculous, tappan zee upgraded, why hasn't TOR!? THE BUS IS LITERALLY EMPTY AND IT'S 9 O CLOCK IN THE MORNING. I'm pretty sure a lot of passengers probably had to take a cab or something. This is dumb, it's cold af outside, we clearly can't afford taxis all the time which is why we take a bus."
