"An intriguing bit of history for a bygone era. In this plot are buried relatives of the Wells, established in Congers along the Hudson in the nineteenth century. A plaque commemorates the younger internees who died of childhood maladies. A fresh bouquet was set at one grave. The headstones are effaced from time, so ideally stainless steel plaques should be added as is seen in some historic graveyards."
