"This station is CLEAN! NO SMELLS. No trash. No...random people sitting around. It is well marked / signposted. There is a little waiting area at the ticket area and an enclosed area in the platform."

"This review is about the physical appearance of the Train Station. Yes, it is conveniently located at the center of town and there is an elevator. It is small enough to allow people to move quickly, yet large enough to avoid crowding on the platforms. The Township did its best to keep the North Side entrance nice and clean, but NJTransit could improve the Station itself, that looks like a Soviet Union train Station in SIberia. Another ticket machine would help. And there is NONE for the NJ Transit Bus that stops in front of the Station..."

"The Raritan Valley Line is not the most consistent, but having a train that connects to NYP and Newark is a huge convenience. The fact that it is in the center of downtown makes it easy to get to, and opens up huge economic opportunity!"

"We have lived here for 35 years. Raised four kids. This is a pretty little Suburban town. With a nice downtown area full of nice restaurants ice cream stands little shops. The school system is very good. And has great academics, Sports programs, Visual and Performing Arts departments. As mentioned in other reviews there are train and bus lines that take you into Newark and New York City. There is also Union County College, the lovely nomahegan park. And several other parks and playgrounds."

"Good train station that has easy access to NYC and other major transit ports here in the NYC/NJ Metropolitan area. I think the actual station could use a makeover but it gets you where you need to go! No indoor/heated rooms on the platforms."
