"I have been going to the Cranford UPS Store for years. I know James (the owner) and most of the staff. They have always been extremely competent and helpful, but recently they went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. I had received a package which was unexpectedly sent in a heavy wooden crate. It would have been very cumbersome to load the crate into my car, take it home, unpack it, and break the crate down to throw it away. I asked James if he could help me open the crate so I could unpack the item inside, and then I would find a container to discard the crate before I got home. Not only did James open the crate for me, but he also graciously offered to discard the crate for me. Thank you James and all of your staff for providing years of excellent customer service. I highly recommend that you try the Cranford UPS Store for any of the many services they provide."

"I had a link with a UPS label scan code. The scanner wasn’t working so the employee told me to email it to the store so they could print it. Subsequently, I was charged for printing the label. You need to train your employees upfront to tell their customers they will charge them $2 to print the label when your machine isn’t working. I could have printed it for free at home."

"The UPS staff have always been so helpful - right from using their Notary services to products return policies. We have always been helped in the right direction. And most importantly, always welcoming!"

"I was in this store 2 weeks ago when a woman came with a "service dog". She wrote on her review that she was treated rudely. That is not what I witnessed as she was the one that was loud and making a scene. The staff asked her to wait by the doorway because they have a staff worker that is highly allergic to fur and has asthma attacks when exposed. They immediately took care of her and NEVER even raised their voices. Another lie that she told is that she was left out in the rain. That is far from the truth as the area is covered with an overhang and she never got wet. I have been coming to this store for a long time and never had a negative experience and that is why I was compelled to write this."

"Had a package delivered there for the first and last time. Staff member was incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. Told me my package was not there and once I proved to her with email notifications that she was the one who actually received the package the day before, she proceeded to have attitude and not apologize. She just wasn’t willing to do her job and wanted to sit at her desk. Have your packages delivered somewhere else where you might get better customer service."
