"Things changed here about a year ago. This was a respectful, friendly organization that treated grieving families with kindness. Now, they are just a corporate money motivated machine, actually looking to take advantage of grieving families. They will try selling ridiculously overpriced bronze vases and picture frames for mausoleum crypts and will remove anything else a family places there to commemorate their loved one, no matter how attractive and tasteful or personal it may be. It’s too late for me but I would avoid this place. It’s a shame because St. Stephens, the property owner, is a fine institution. I wonder if they know what is happening there."
