"I was raised Catholic, but for a long time, I felt lost and finally left the Catholic Church. Seven years after my wife passed, I met my wonderful partner, who asked if I would like to attend a church service with her. There was no pressure to go. It was up to me. From the moment I stepped through the doors of this church, I was welcomed with open arms. The people were so kind, friendly, accepting, non-judgemental, and loving. Everything the Church was about was our loving relationship with God the Father and how our salvation was secured by our Loving Savior, Jesus Christ. I have learned so much more about the inter relationship of the Old and New Testament than I'd ever been shown or taught by the R.C. Catholic Church. I have come to a much keeper understanding of my own personal relationship with Jesus and His love for and expectations of me. I have also come to realize that Jesus does not expect perfection from me to do what God the Father would have me do, and to believe in Jesus Christ is only begotten son. I thank God for guiding me back to him through this wonderful, loving church and community."
