Michelle answers and tells me that she doesn't have the prices right now and that I must call back in 20 minutes to ask the manager for them. I call back 5 mins later and just ask Michelle for two unit prices and she gives them to me no problem. At this point I'm completely frustrated, so I come on here and the first post I see is "manager Michelle is awesome to work with." So your the dang manager Michelle, you lied to me, and u refused to help me obtain the information i needed to decide what unit I will go with. Well guess what, you WOULD have gotten my business bc your the cheapest but I'll pay more to NOT deal with this drama. You just lost a customer!!!"
"Pike County Storage is reasonably priced, very clean and secure. The office manager is delightful and always helpful. Location is very convenient to Dingmans Ferry, Milford, Shohola and Matamoras... Even Montague NJ and Port Jervis New York. I highly recommend them to my Real Estate clients."
