"I have been working with Lauren for five years- working out with her twice a week. She is excellent. She has that innate ability to sense how much energy I have on a given day. Her studio is well equipped and over the years she has updated equipment as well as adding new work out tools. In addition to working out with her she also is trained to do this thing she calls “stretching” which is separate from her workout routines she designed for me. The stretching table is brand new and very comfortable. The stretching routine is an hour long and is very rejuvenating and relaxing at the same time. I recommend Lauren very highly!"
