"Felicia went way above and beyond my expectations and I am super grateful for her dedication to her job and amazing customer service. My wife and I recently sold a camper to someone from out of town and needed the funds verified from the buyers bank. Due to the buyer getting to our house late my wife got to Solvay Bank Baldwinsville late with the check we needed to have verified. Felicia not only stayed late to make sure we were taken care of but was transferred to 9 different departments before getting a competent person at the buyers bank to finally verify the funds. I apologize that we put you in that situation but extremely grateful for your perseverance and making sure we weren't out a large sum of money. Felicia you are awesome!!!! Much appreciated!!"
