"The "Manager" is unreachable. I cant cancel or transfer membership without him. I suspect he is a moron and I will be filing a complaint with the FTC. I have been waiting 5 days for a reply...aming other things.. this is unethical and unfair treatment and I will see this complaint through. Absolutely filthy and disgusting place. Equipment is always out of service, and so are the urinals.. people complain about theft too..I'm not going to mention the homeless.. Let's just focus on how FILIFTY it is.. absolutely disgusting..clearly the "manager" is failing at his job. Its likely I get a generic response under my review from PF, please do not bother, I have tried to reach out, but as mentioned, the manager is unreachable and my problems and the filth persist."

"Been to a bunch of PF’s all around the country and I enjoy how consistent most locations are. Sure the layout is different based on space but still most are a solid choice. This location is no different. It’s in the basement so cellular may be slightly slow but plenty of equipment to use. Not the biggest location but then again, this is NYC."
"The 1star is only for the rude manager of this place. I was here today at 11/4/2022 , 5:15 pm with a friend who wanted to get enrolled. She asked if I referred her we shall get any facilities. But the manager was really rude and said no then I showed him my offer in app , he said he didn’t know anything. I asked about annual fee also, he didn’t want to explain anything, what are the fees or what are the amenities nothing. When you go to a place to enroll somebody must explain everything. Authorities should check about it, I am an old member and I work out at jamaica avenue too . I have never faced such humiliation."
