"Awesome gym that has everything a powerlifter's heart desires. Had two training sessions here while on vacation with my partner and the experience was great. Equipment is top notch, no question. Staff was very helpful and friendly too. The only downside I would say is the price point for a day pass - still I will give you 5 stars because I kinda get it, it's NYC after all and as a guest you also pay for the high quality equipment (competition racks, barbells, calibrated plates, etc., anyone who's in the sport knows that that stuff is not cheap). Definitely would recommend."

You don’t have to be an experienced lifter to use this space — the coaching hours and programming offerings are super helpful for beginners. As a woman, I really appreciate the private, secure, 24/7 facility and community vibes. Everyone is warm & welcoming! I can workout knowing there’s always an available squat rack and no creeps lurking in the corner."
