"Great experience from the get go. From the concierge to the mechanic, Chambo, who listened to my requests and fixed it to working condition (the derailleur needed adjustment and the rear wheel needed truing). No up-selling of useless things, like a new wheel, or complete tune-up, in contrast to several other stores, especially in Williamsburg. A true sign of decline is when one has to get out of Williamsburg (cycling capital of NYC) to get one's bike serviced at reasonable rates. We need to support the few stores that still perform service. Highly recommend"
