"Update: Two years and a half later I came back to Hilltop Lower East Side for my bike upgrade. This time I purchased a Tarmac SL7 Expert and the staff went above and beyond. Hats off to the entire team but especially to Gio. He helped so so much to make sure that my bike had components that my bike fit required. He swapped components from another bike to mine and gave me the best absolute price I could have gotten on this beauty. I'm more than satisfied and happy with my experience with Hilltop. I actually moved out from NY to VA and even with that, I decided to buy my new bike with them. That itself tells a lot of how good and professional the staff is. Thank you, Gio, thank you, Hilltop. Just got my 2021 Specialized Allez from this place. The staff is absolutely amazing. As a matter of fact, I had already made a deal with another bike shop for the same bike. However, the costumer experience at this place was a game changer. They took their time to take whole bunch of measurements to make sure I was getting the right size without even knowing that I was gonna buy it. I ended up spending 2+ hours in the store talking to the guys in there and just exchanging experiences. If you want a Specialized bike, please come here and save yourself some time an extra hassle. They are Specialized authorized retailer and super cool."
