Flexible Practice Options: Can't make it to the studio? No worries! Our extensive library boasts over 100 previously recorded live classes, along with new on-demand sessions released every Monday. Practice with your favorite Three Birds instructors in various styles, including meditation, at your own convenience. Opt for an on-demand monthly subscription for unlimited access, or purchase individual classes to enjoy for 7 days. All purchases can be made online, with easy access through Momence or the 3B app.

I’ve found that the instructors are consistently good with class progressions that truly prepare your body to prevent over extending.
