"I came today Friday August 9 at 9:45 pm and doors were locked. I pushed and pulled a few times to double check. If the gym close 30 minutes earlier then it say in the schedule some notice would be appreciated."

"This anqet fitness is interesting to go to as it's squeezed amongst several floors of a Manhattan building. The front desk is actually further in. The workers were very friendly. The bulbs in the tanning bed which is up on the black card spa that you have to be swiped into on the elevator were freshly replaced. They're very strong. The entire place looks pretty clean. It was pretty overcrowded with young folks though. "So, they asked me to charge for five dollars for entering this PF because I am a purple member. I used other PF in the city and have never been asked for an extra charge. Is this normal?"

"This just happened today. I had my money in my purse and used the lock as well. But it was still taken by someone who picked the lock and really disappointed me. The front desk attendant helped me register what happened today. But basically no help at all. But such an insecure environment will make a lot of similar incidents happen. I just read a lot of people's reviews as well. Things like this happen all the time, so why hasn't the management done anything to fix it. We pay a fee to be a member, we should have to keep us safe! Hopefully, some of the victims will see this message and seek legal protection together."

"This planet fitness has 4 elevators and they are not available for the gym users to use. I have bad knees that make it hard to go up and down so many stairs. I think it’s a disservice to have the accessibility symbol for this gym but I am not allowed to use the elevator. This location has one that you can use to come to the main floor of the gym but not for the rest of the gym floors. This location is not accessible. And remember that not all disabilities can be seen. I ask to take the elevator and the young man at the front desk pointed to the stairs as he continued to say it’s only hotel patrons , like what the heck? Let’s talk about the machines. I had to try out like 4-5 machines before i found one that remotely works, mind you there is hardly any signal for the television like the cable bill was not paid ?"
