"Unethical shop. I asked if it was brand new and was told yes. Because they had good reviews I did not think to test for myself out of the store at full speed. I believed them and was in a bit of a hurry. The brake are extremely jerky and very dangerous when you go to use them. There was a rubber band around one of the parts which I was confused by if it was brand new, more deception. Will go lsomewhere else to do maintenance since there is no returns, of course."

"I wouldn’t recommend they said my tire that I needed to get replaced was too large and wanted me to purchase their tires for $200 went to the spot down the street and had it fixed for only $45. The staff is also very dismissive."

"I went (07/04/24) to have my brakes fix on my fly e-bike and Mike is not there no more and instead there are 2 Mexicans guy who fix my brakes but a day later, brakes went bad and on top of that these dummies are telling me that now my motor is broken! And to fix it; it’ll cost me $250-300!!! Idk but I don’t trust any of what they’re telling me! I ask for Mike and they don’t know where did he go? Anyways I think this place just got worse! I bought my bike brand new from Mike and anytime I had a problem; he was always fixing it with a moderately price but now I’ll have to find another place!"

"I brought my ROVORON KULLTER for a tire replacement. He was finishing on a bike but immediately attended me. He replaced the tire less than 20 mnts. He tested for any air leakage as well. I am satisfied with his services that I recommended my friend that has a slow leakage and has not been able to repair it. I'm sure Michael will be able to fix it with no issues. I will return to him for any scooter issues. 5 stars all the way! He also has lots of scooters on site for sale in which in future I may look into it."
